Although there has not been an official release date statement from Toshiba, we have a place holder in our store for the yet to be named Toshiba Tablet PC. We are not accepting preorders yet, nor do we have a firm price on it yet (Click here to enter the Toshiba Tablet PC Store). However, there have been statements from the Toshiba management saying that the Toshiba 10.1 inch tablet PC will be priced comparable with the iPad with equivalent features and functions.

Tablet PCs with Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) will be rolling out over the next few months with the Motorola Xoom being the first. Toshiba and Samsung are vying for being the second Honeycomb device released and we should know soon which will be next. Toshiba is the only manufacturer that is offering a removable battery on their device, which adds a different feature flare unique from the others also coming soon.
