Windows 8 for ARM devices will include Office 15
Microsoft’s Steven Sinofsky has cleared up some of the confusion about whether Windows 8 will support Office applications. Basicly what he is saying is that the ARM version of Windows 8 will include the same experience as the x86 version of Windows 8. Which includes the complete Windows desktop, including File Explorer, plus Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. Metro-style apps from the Windows Store will also be able to support both Windows on ARM and Windows for x86/64, and you can expected hardware-accelerated HTML5 support with Internet Explorer 10.
Microsoft is working with hardware PC manufacturers to build tablet PCs specifically designed for Windows 8 for ARM, in addition to the manufacturers of x86 PCs so that both types of PCs will be available at the same time when Windows 8 for ARM and x86 is released.
Here is a video talking more about Windows 8 for tablet PCs:

At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona on February 29, Microsoft plans to launch Windows 8 Consumer Preview. This is a consumer beta version of the operating system. Previously, Microsoft had released a developer’s beta version which went out last September.
There are still not any specific information about the official release date for Windows 8, however, it is expected to be released in the Fall of 2012, and both ARM and x86 versions are expected to be released at the same time.
